What do women look for in men’s Bumble profile? : Bumble

So I plan on signing up next week and Ive already got all my photos sorted. Earlier today I researched about what sells in a Tinder profile (as its the biggest dating app), and after breaking it down Ive decided that the points below cover what a good bio should include:

– dont be generic – show personality – be honest about yourself and say what you like/what youre looking for – laid out bio > wall of text – make the bio not too long – have the first line catch attention if possible – have pros/cons to an extent – add humour/a joke, but keep it natural not forced – include a “call to action”/convo starter/question – include a flirt line/”include” the other? (can be the above point)

Now that Im done researching what a bio should have, I just have to actually write my bio and not make it generic or plain. Of course I know myself and I have the list of what sells in a bio, but unfortunately Im struggling to come up with much of a starting point. Not sure if I should start with a plain bio of myself and spice it up, or if I should start thinking of tinder-type jokes to add.

So my question is, to any guys or girls whove had relative success with online dating: How do you start writing a bio? Is there a good starting point and how will I know if the finished product is much good? (thanks in advance to any help or advice. Of course Id like the bio to be interesting but also describe myself)
